In the event of goods that arrive damaged, we can arrange for replacements to be sent out, and in certain situations a full refund can be extended.

Keep in mind that fulfillment times can vary from product to product, particularly with on-demand production. Most products should be allowed at least two business weeks for fulfilment and many on-demand products will take longer to arrive. If any concern or question regarding fulfilment or our return policy comes up, do not hesitate to reach out.

All of our playing cards can be shipped world wide and are sent within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Print-on-demand items ship within 5-7 days across North America.
