  • We stand by all of our products and their related services, but sometimes unforeseen problems arise. Your satisfaction is our top priority so any problem or difficulty should be reported immediately to james@ackenstudios.com. In the event of goods that arrive damaged, we can arrange for replacements to be sent out, and in certain situations a full refund can be extended.

    Keep in mind that fulfillment times can vary from product to product, particularly with on-demand production. Most products should be allowed at least two business weeks for fulfilment and many on-demand products will take longer to arrive. If any concern or question regarding fulfilment or our return policy comes up, do not hesitate to reach out.
