Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns. If your deck is still sealed and unopened, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to return. Email james@ackenstudios.com with your order number. I'll reply with the return address. Post the deck back; return postage is yours to pay.

Refunds. You'll get a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the deck reaching us.

Opened decks. Opened decks can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged or were the wrong item (see below).

Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo to james@ackenstudios.com within 30 days of delivery, and I'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.
